Cary Meiners day 2

I encountered a new problem with this tree: how do you deal with overlapping branches? This leads me to wonder about other pieces. When doing one of these paintings do you start with the foreground, fuse, and work your way back? Or just the opposite? Lots to ponder.

I do hope it will be noticed that I have 3, count them -3, overlapping branches. One at 4'oclock, one at 8'oclock, one at 9'oclock. Please don't miss any of these. They caused me considerable grief.

Also, does anybody else have trouble breathing when you are doing this?

    1. Thanks Vicki. I saw yours and wanted to comment but I can't comment on yr post. Did you know that? So, I'll do it here. Yours is also lovely. I like that you textured the ground. I am so literal. If I am told to draw a tree, it don't draw anything else. Next time, I will.
